How to use SticKit
Complete guide: from connecting Telegram to managing sticker packs.
Connect Telegram
Three sign-in options with different access levels. Pick what fits.
Choose connection method. Each unlocks different features.
Via bot
Click the button — chat with @stickitsbot opens. Tap Start, the bot sends a deep link that auto-connects your account to the editor. Fastest path.
Choose connection method. Each unlocks different features.
Manual User ID
Same bot, but instead of a deep link you copy your User ID and paste it manually. Works when deep links don't.
Phone number tied to Telegram
Telegram account (PRO)
Sign in with phone number and SMS code. Full access including packs created by @Stickers and other bots. Session is stored in your browser.
Design a sticker
Three modes — text, photo, video — share the same editor and direct upload to Telegram. Every change is live.
Text and font
Type your text (multiline supported), pick from 236 fonts grouped into 10 mood categories, set the size. Preview updates instantly.
Style: colors, icon, background
Text fill color, stroke, shadow, background shape (rect, circle, bubble). Add an icon from 200K+ icons next to the text.
Animation
18 animations: bounce, shake, glitch, float, heartbeat, drop and others. Pick one — your sticker comes alive in the preview.
Templates
54 ready-made combos with fonts, colors, animations and matching icons. One click applies the entire style.
Photo mode
Upload your own image or pick one from Pexels right inside the editor. We crop and convert it to Telegram's sticker format. Optional caption with the same fonts and colors as the text mode — placed top, center or bottom.
Video mode
Search Pexels or Giphy, or upload your own clip. We convert it to Telegram's video sticker format automatically. Trim to up to 3 seconds with the slider — every change re-encodes the preview, so the size limit is always satisfied before upload.
Manage packs
Create packs, add stickers, delete, rename. Everything via Telegram Bot API.
Create a pack
Pick a name — the URL slug (like my_pack_by_stickitsbot) is generated automatically. Your current sticker becomes the first one. Telegram requires at least one sticker to create a pack.
Add a sticker
Open the pack, design in the editor, pick an emoji, click Save. The new sticker appears in the grid with a highlight.
Manage a pack
Delete stickers (hover, click X), rename a pack, open in Telegram. All via the context menu.
Telegram limits
What each sticker mode produces and the size caps Telegram enforces.
Text-mode stickers export as animated TGS — gzipped Lottie JSON. Telegram rejects files larger than 64 KB; SticKit shows the live size and warns before you exceed it.
Photo-mode stickers are 512×512 static WEBP images, capped at 512 KB by Telegram. SticKit crops, encodes and compresses your source image automatically.
Video-mode stickers are short looping clips encoded as WEBM (VP9). Telegram caps them at 3 seconds and 256 KB. Trimming and re-encoding happens in the browser on every change.
Telegram allows up to 120 regular stickers (any of the three modes) per pack, and up to 200 custom emoji. Create as many packs as you want.
