FAQ

Can I keep our pack private?▾

Yes. Telegram packs are publicly addressable by `short_name` but unlisted unless you share the link. Don't publish to the SticKit marketplace and the pack stays internal.

Will Slack accept the export?▾

Slack supports custom emoji as static images (PNG / GIF up to 128 KB). SticKit's generic export bundle gives you those files ready to upload via Slack admin.

Can multiple teammates contribute?▾

Bot-mode packs are owned by the @stickitsbot account, so anyone with the bot can append. PRO mode (Telegram account auth) ties a pack to one Telegram user.

How do I get a custom Telegram URL?▾

Pick the `short_name` when you publish — it becomes part of `t.me/addstickers/<short_name>`. We reserve nothing, first-come-first-served.
